With over 25 years of experience, primarily in Project Finance, Custodio advises WaterEquity’s Private Equity and Infrastructure to oversee water and sanitation investments across Latin America and the Caribbean. He previously spent time working in organizations such as General Electric, Banco Santander and International Finance Corporation (IFC), leading teams responsible for transactions in all stages of project lifecycle: from advisory in public concession auctions to structuring of bridge loans and long-term financing with funding from banks and DFIs.

Custodio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Master of Science degree in Finance from London Business School. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
