Jane Muriithi oversees WaterEquity’s investment transactions and compliance in emerging markets, with a focus on the Africa region. She brings over eight years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions to this role.
Prior to joining WaterEquity, Jane worked as a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Bowmans, a pan-African law firm. There, she advised on cross-border deals and complex legal matters across the continent. In this role, she was involved in numerous acquisitions, debt investments, and sales, and led or advised on due diligence exercises across various sectors.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
