Amy Stonecipher is responsible for analyzing, tracking, and reporting the financial data from WaterEquity’s investees. She brings a diverse background of experience in finance, risk management consulting, and impact evaluation. 

As part of her graduate research, Amy worked with a Guatemalan based nonprofit to develop an impact evaluation for a public health intervention expected to reach over 200,000 individuals. She has also completed an internship with the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) in their Office of Equity and Investment Funds, assisting in the due diligence of a Southeast Asian e-waste recycling corporation’s $20MM equity deal. Previously, Amy worked as a consultant at CohnReznick in their Restructuring and Dispute Resolution practice, performing cash flow analysis, drafting investor presentations, and managing client bankruptcy estate funds. She began her career at Deloitte in their Commodity Trading and Risk Management Group, creating hedging analysis tools and performing system design for trading management software.

Amy received her B.S.B.A. in Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She holds an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University and is currently in the process of completing an M.A. in Integral Economic Development Management from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.
