Ben Allen is responsible for providing legal support for WaterEquity’s Private Equity and Infrastructure team, as well as new product development across both investment areas. He brings about 10 years of experience with broad legal expertise in fund formation, fund management, investment structuring and negotiation, tax-exempt organizations, and U.S. securities regulations.
Prior to joining WaterEquity, Ben served as a senior legal advisor for The Nature Conservancy’s Office of Investments and NatureVest, the impact investment arm of The Nature Conservancy. He was also an associate at Winstead PC, where he focused on fund formation and investment activities.
Ben holds a B.A., with honors, from Baylor University and a J.D., with honors, from Cornell Law School.
