Ben Roberts manages WaterEquity’s technology roadmap and oversees technology systems, strategic priorities, and the implementation of key systems, while helping expand technology capabilities and supporting business data needs. He brings more than 10 years of experience in analytics, operations, and project management to this role.
Prior to WaterEquity, Ben worked as a technology manager, operations analyst, and program manager. In his previous roles, he successfully managed the development and implementation of CRM platforms, led process improvement projects, and oversaw technology programs including AI, BI, support services, and cybersecurity.
Ben received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
