Jen McBrayer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of WaterEquity’s Human Resources program, including workplace policies, onboarding, insurance and other benefits, training, performance review, and identifying innovative ways to support WaterEquity’s staff. She brings 20+ years of diverse experience in critical thinking and intense multi-tasking skills from her previous experience as an Emergency Dispatcher (police and fire).
Jen received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Avila University and holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Columbia Southern University.
