Victoria Boyne is a partner in the Energy & Infrastructure group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, specializing in infrastructure modernization, renewable energy transactions and project financings. In this capacity, Victoria represents project developers, sponsors, issuers, lenders, investors, and governmental authorities, including representation of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in connection with a public-private partnership for ADA-accessibility improvements in the New York City subway system and the extension of cellular service in the New York City subway system and other cellular and Wi-Fi network expansions, the representation of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in the modernization of LaGuardia and JFK Airports; the representation of developers, sponsors and investors on multiple wind, solar, solar + storage, carbon capture and other energy financings; and the representation of borrowers or issuers in capital markets and bank financings. Prior to joining Orrick, Victoria was deputy general counsel of Indego Africa, a nonprofit social enterprise supporting women, youth, and refugees across Africa.
Victoria holds a juris doctorate from NYU School of Law and a Bachelors in Biology and Romance Languages (French) from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill
